“The Sea is made to fish for not for shopping”  was the reply of an old Anzio’s fisherman to those who asked him shrimps and soles everyday. In the bustle of harbor, this phrase deeply impressed four friends and influence their plans for a Seafood Restaurant.
 
From this and other anecdotes, born Acquolina Hostaria in Rome,a new Restaurant opening inJune 2006, as a result of many walks and bellyfuls through the Italian coasts.
 
The friends to whom we refer are GiulioTerrinoni and AngeloTroiani, soon followed by brothers Giuseppe and MassimoTroiani. All of them sharing  the constant pursuit of old and new pleasures that the infinite palette of flavors can afford.
